How much does yard and junk cleanup cost in Chandler?
It depends on the job: a patio reset is $25–$90, small junk hauling starts at $60, a garage cleanout from $80, a move-out cleanup from $150, and storm/yard debris $45–$200 — plus any disposal passed through at cost. Every job is photo-quoted flat before we start. Text a pic for an exact number.
Do you require a contract?
No. Everything is a one-time, photo-quoted job with no contract and no commitment — you approve the flat price, we do the work. Landlords and realtors can set up repeat-property pricing if they want it.
What's with the disposal 'at cost'?
When a job involves a dump, transfer-station, or green-waste fee, we pay it and pass the exact amount straight through on your invoice — never marked up or hidden. The labor is quoted flat from your photo.
Do you do dog poop or weed removal?
Not on this site — those each have a dedicated Chandler service of ours. For pet-waste pickup see Chandler Dog Poop Pickup, and for weeds see Chandler Weed Removal (both linked in the footer). Here we handle everything else: patios, junk, garages, move-outs, and storm debris.
What can't you haul away?
We can't take hazardous waste, paint or chemicals, automotive fluids, propane tanks, tires (special drop-off), or major appliances with refrigerant like fridges, freezers, and AC units. We'll flag it from your photo and point you to the right Maricopa County drop-off.
How do I get a quote?
Text a photo (or a quick video walk-through for bigger jobs) to the number below. We reply with a flat price in about ten minutes — disposal at cost noted separately — and book a time. No on-site estimate appointment required.
Do you cover my Chandler neighborhood?
We work across Chandler and the East Valley — Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, Layton Lakes, Sun Lakes, Cooper Commons, the Price corridor, downtown, and out to Ahwatukee and west Gilbert. Check your area page or text your ZIP.
